We appreciate cars and bikes are not the most important thing to be talking about right now, but if you’re in need of a new vehicle, or you are a key worker and you need your car fixed, repaired or replaced, or if you’re in urgent need of assistance, we want you to know the best ways to get in touch with us.

We still are awaiting further guidance from the government before being able to deliver vehicles, but we have a good stock level of all models and are able to deliver nationwide when the government guidance permits us to enable these services.

The best way to contact us is via email and they have been given in the department areas above. You can also submit your enquiry through our websites in the normal way, these are being constantly monitored and we will again aim to respond within 48 hours.
Our phone lines currently aren’t live but if you leave a message we have a team attending to these. It will take us a bit longer to respond to your enquiry, but we will again aim to reply within 48 hours.
We regularly update our social media channels and are able to pick up your messages on there, it may take us slightly longer than usual to reply, but we are live and active so message us and we will respond as soon as we can. Stay up to date with our latest news on there and get in touch if you have a query.

Park Royal Closure
Our Service and Parts location in Park Royal is now temporarily closed. However, whilst our Service Centre, including Parts at Battersea is closed to the public, we are maintaining a service by booking only for Emergency Services and Key Workers for Service, Accident repair and MOTs. 31.03.20 Sales Function Closure. In line with government guidance on practical social distancing and non-essential work, our Sales Showrooms and Teams are now temporarily closed. This applies to the sale of New and Approved Used BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad vehicles.
Our Corporate sales team is continuing to operate remotely with a smaller team and we will also continue to remotely operate our Specialist Sales team again on a reduced team basis and and will be able to help you with a new or existing enquiry. For all other urgent enquiries please do use our firstname.lastname@example.org email and we will direct your request accordingly to our relevant head of department to answer any outstanding questions you may have.
Our Service locations in both Park Royal and Battersea are closed to the public but continue to operate with a smaller reduced team to support the repair of essential Service vehicles and emergency appointments for key workers and critical staff. We do recognise that for some customers your vehicle may already be with us and be awaiting repair or be in progress with a repair. Across the business our websites are live and up to date with our latest offers for Q2 across all of our brands and we are still able to receive and process electronic enquiries. For Approved Used BMW & MINI cars our online ‘Reserve & Buy’ functionality is live and ready to use. We recognise that these are truly unprecedented times and that our priority is for the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff. New MOT rules announced.

Due to the unfolding COVID-19 situation, we’d like to make you aware that cars and motorcycles due their MOT from 30 March 2020 will have their MOT extended by 6 months. This will continue until confirmed otherwise. Please be aware that in the meantime vehicles must be kept in a roadworthy condition, drivers can still be prosecuted if driving unsafe vehicles.

As we monitor the impact of COVID-19, we, like all businesses, must put the health and safety of our staff and customers as our top priority. With this in mind we have taken the tough but necessary decision to temporarily close our showrooms for the forseeable future as of 18.00 Monday 23 March 2020. This decision has been taken in light of the current government advice and the need for us to reduce our contact with each other to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
If you currently have an order in process with us, our team will already be in touch with you and will update you with the best and safest way to get your vehicle to you.
As we move forward in these difficult times, we want you to be clear that you can still do business with us digitally and over the phone, and you can speak to our teams about delivering your car direct to your home so please do get in touch if you have any questions.
Our service centre will remain open and we have a small team of skilled employees operating within the safe working guidelines. Once we have completed any work already booked in, any new work will be prioritised and we will of course ensure any key workers remain mobile.If your car is already with us, we will complete this work and get in touch with you to organise a suitable and safe collection or delivery of your vehicle.
Our staff have been dedicated and brilliant through these turbulent times, and I also want to take a moment to thank them all for their support and hard work in continuing to offer our customers the best possible service, no matter what the circumstances.

Parts Counter Closure
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, our Parts Counter at both our Service Centres will be closed from Friday 20 March onwards. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders by post courier. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and request for your patience in these difficult times.
We are now also no longer accepting cash payments in our showrooms, lifestyle shops, parts and Aftersales departments. We will accept Credit Card payments over the phone up to £100 only, for payments over £100 we will accept bank transfer or Debit Card. Please note that we will continue to accept Credit Card payments with chip and pin onsite.
BMW i Showroom Closure.
To support our ongoing efforts to minimise the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak,our BMW i showroom will be closed as of Friday 20 March 2020 until further notice. Aftersales Shuttle Service.
For the safety of our customers, the shuttle services at our Aftersales centres have been temporarily suspended with immediate effect. We are currently reviewing our mobility solutions and will update you when we know more.

I wanted to share an update with you regarding the current business situation in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
As it stands business is running smoothly and we remain open for business at our showrooms on Park Lane and both our Aftersales facilities in Battersea and Park Royal.
We are following Government guidelines across our business to ensure we adhere to any regulations in place and to maintain safe premises for our staff and customers. At Park Lane we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver excellent service on all occasions, and we are doing all we can to maintain this level of service to our customers.
As the situation develops many of our staff will need to work remotely which may result in a delay to the service we provide. We appreciate your support and understanding that through any decision or outcome,Park Lane is putting the safety of our customers and staff as our top priority during this time. With this in mind please don’t be offended if we don’t shake your hand on arrival or if you see our cleaning teams on site during the day performing extra maintenance, these are just some of the measures we have put in place to ensure our workplace remains a healthy and safe place to be.
