Following government guidelines, our showroom will be closed from Thursday 5 November through to Wednesday 2 December. While our showroom may be closed, we remain open for business and contactable online for both existing and new customers.
Available either by telephone or virtual appointment, we’re here for you and confident we can continue to support all your needs - the only difference - is we’re able to do this from the comfort of your home. For servicing, rest assured both our Aftersales centres remain open with social distancing measures in place.
To help, we’ve provided further information below on what’s changed and how you can continue to interact with us over the course of November.
Our Service facilities will remain open to all customers and we continue our commitment to facilitate full social distancing and maintain enhanced hygiene standards throughout and when handling your bike.
Current service bookings will remain unaffected and we have a self-service check in on arrival, so you can easily drop your bike off during your visit.
Our Parts counter is available online with either collection or delivery options available.

For Sales, we are open virtually for Click & Collect and can support you by phone or video call, so you can continue to explore our range of vehicles to find the perfect fit for you from the safety and convenience of your home.
If you’ve already decided, you can simply reserve online and we can do everything virtually. We also offer a direct delivery service, find out more when booking a virtual appointment with us.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.
Please note that while our service centres are open we are not able to accept walk-ins and customers must adhere to our social distancing measures. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these measures.
CLICK & COLLECT.
We will be offering a Click & Collect service for new and approved used bike purchases.
We have a team of experts in place to conduct a contactless handover for you. Our team will be in touch prior to your collection, this is due to us offering a limited number of handovers per day to ensure we can keep to social distancing regulations. During collection, rest assured that we have implemented social distancing measures to keep you and our employees safe.

Please note the government has not announced any extension at this point for MOT dates, so we do encourage you to continue with your appointments and book in if you need to.
We have a safe and convenient self check-in process; enabling contactless key drop for your visit. We have prepared a video for youhere on how to use our self check-in facility.
Before your bike goes into the workshop protective covers will be applied. Whilst your bike is being worked on, our technicians will wear protective clothing. Your bike and key will be sanitised with an anti-bacterial spray before being returned to you.
Use our online configurator to build your very own custom BMW bike. The options are endless! You can then share your desired specification with our team during your virtual video or telephone appointment. To access our online configurator click here.
You can now purchase a BMW from the comfort of your home. Enjoy browsing through our complete range of new or Approved Used bikes. You can then request a part-exchange value, reserve and request a finance quotation all online.
Once you’re happy with your new vehicle we’ve a simple, easy and secure online payment and paperwork process.
SUSPENSION OF TEST RIDES.
Unfortunately due to the latest government restrictions, we’re unable to accommodate test ride requests. However our sales team are able to offer video ‘walkarounds’ of the bike you are interested in, which you'll be able to watch at your leisure.
